“Pick a Record” Friday

Well, I will provide an honest assessment of my Friday. I decided to try “Nate”…well I got exactly 1 muscle-up. Needless to say that built up some frustration considering I tried another 12 or 15 times. This was the first time that I gave up on a workout. I decided to try “Erin”, and finished it in 16:47. I WILL do “Nate” and finish it in the near future.
