Friday 9/3-  NO WORKOUT FRIDAY AFTERNOON

6:00pm- Join Indy CrossFit for our OPEN HOUSE  in our newest space.  DOOR PRIZES, FOOD, DRINKS (but BYOB), Free Advocare samples and plenty of news about future events.

*National Night Out in Cumberland-   Join Indy CrossFit, Tuesday 8/3, at the National Night Out event sponsored by Cumberland Police Department on the far Eastside of Indianapolis. Highlights include police & fire equipment, K9 demonstration, Horse Patrol, Face Painting and FREE Child Fingerprinting, as well as food and games.

Location - Cumberland Town Hall (11501 E. Washington St)   Time- 6:00pm to 9:00pm

*Summer ICF Apparel-New summer apparel orders (dry zone & sleeveless T’s/Tanks & shorts) should be turned in by Friday, 8/6.  We will order very few extras so submitting your choice of style, color & size is strongly recommended.
