I finished this in 10:11 with 95lb on Sumo and 1.5 pood on KB.  This one was sick.  Nice job Dawn.

Holiday Hill

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.  We ran up and down the hill.  A great turnout with 19 people.  I should have a few pix up shortly.

PM Power Crew did:
“Grace”
30 clean and jerk for time and “5 round Cindy” which is 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats.

I finished “Grace” in 2:50 with 135lb and did 5 rounds in 3:43.

Holiday Hill

Thanksgiving morning, as the night sky turns to dawn, and the frost burns from the grass the intrepid souls of Indy CrossFit will make their way up and down the hill at “Holiday Hill!”

We will meet at Indy CrossFit at 8:15 am.  Remember to bring warm clothes, gloves and your Indy CrossFit hat (if you don’t have an Indy CrossFit hat, ask jeff how to get one.)

We will NOT have any classes on Friday, however, we will do SOS on Saturday of next week.
