New SOS

We will be moving suffer on Saturday to suffer on Sunday. Right now I am leaning towards 1:30 pm. Leave your thoughts.

I have read the comments and it looks like it is a deadlock between morning and afternoon.  I am making an executive decision and saying 1:30 pm. on Sundays.  Hopefully, this should give everyone enough time to go to church and still come and workout.

FYI, I think everyone who knows me knows I love early morning stuff.  I am game for 8 am.  Let me know.
