“Pick a Record” Friday
I chose “DT” and finished in 11:00 at 155lbs.
Thanks to everyone who came out for our party. A good time was had by all, including Rodrigo and Kelly getting some “party burpees” done.

Friday- There will be no evening class (4:00-6:00pm) due to our cookout/open-house starting at 6:00pm. Again current members and friends/family are welcome as well as those interested in seeing the facility and meeting our crew. Early AM and Forge Class will be held as usual.
Sunday- SOS at 8:30am at Indy CrossFit
Monday, Memorial Day Workout- 8:30 am at Southeastway Park at the large hill. If you want to follow from Indy CrossFit, meet there at 8:00 am. There will be no other workouts on Monday 5/25 in observance of Memorial Day.
