Monday- SOS

Monday 6/14  Partition as needed:

50 pullups, 50 dips, 25 push press, 20 tire flips, 500 ft farmer’s carry

Wednesday-

400m run, 21 wallball, 21 ring dip, 400m run, 15 wallball, 15 ring dip, 400 m run, 9 wallball, 9 ring dip

Friday- Pick a Record “Danny”

AMRAP in 20 min of:

30 box jumps, 20 push press, 30 pull-ups

ICF members needed for Mudathlon team next weekend!

Need we say more? The Mudathlon is all about having a Mucking Good Time. Start with The Mud, The Mudathlon promises to have big, thick mud pits at multiple locations throughout their courses. Then move to The Obstacles, The Mudathlon is planning obstacles that are frequent and challenging, with the focus on putting you in the mud more often. That leaves us with The Beer, it is safe to say that it will be in abundance during the post-race gathering. Throw in fun themes, costume challenges, post-race activities, and every Mudathlon is sure to be Pretty Mucking Awesome.

Saturday Events

Some Indy CrossFit members participated in a couple of different events on Saturday; Dawn, Drew and Jeff C. went to Ft Wayne for the Indiana Highland Games. Dawn won her division and Jeff came in 2nd for the lightweight division after a year’s hiatus from competition.  Congratulations!!!

Molly & Jason G and Rodrigo participated in the Riff Raff Charity Adventure Race, which started in Lake Cordry, went through Brown County Parks, into Nashville, up to Butler campus, Woodland Bowl, Anson, Sheridan and Zionsville. Some of the activities consisted of swimming, biking, bowling, pushing cars, hopping, taste testing, scavenger hunt, intellectual tests, running a fire tower, tying knots, roller blading, carrying teammates long distances, farmers walks and a TON of running! After all their hard work and effort they won the race and raised money for their team’s charity!!    http://annafund.com/wp/
