Super Strong lifting class resumes next week. Open to all Indy CrossFit members at no extra charge, this class takes away the clock and focuses on learning and perfecting a particular lift or two each week. Strongly recommended for those new to CrossFit or with little or no previous lifting experience. Benefits are more efficient and safer WOD workouts. For experienced lifters, this class allows extra lifting time during the week.
