800m run, 25 star jumps, 25 situps, 3 hill sprints, 25 pushups, 25 squats, 800m run

Wednesday- AMRAP in 15

6 pull ups, 12 wall ball, 6 sumo deadlift high pull (135/95)

Friday- Pick a RecordĀ  “Daniel”

50 Pullups, 400m run, 21 thrusters (95/65), 800m run, 21 thrusters, 400m run, 50 pullups

Warrior Women

Tuesday- Skill work & 2 rounds of baseline : 500m row, 40 squats, 30 pushups, 20 situps, 10 pullups

Thursday- Skill work & 5 min of jump rope then body rows, suicide sprints, and ladder footwork.
