Tuesday Super Strong- Skillwork: handstand push ups,   Strength: 5×5 squats

Wednesday-

1000m row, 600m run, 16 overhead press (155/95) , 600 row, 1000m run

Friday Pick a Record “Fran”  followed by 2000 run or row (not timed)

Warrior Women on Thursday-

Warm up 400m run, review on deadlift & pushpress, skill on thrusters

WOD- 3/5 rounds of 250/500m row, 10 thrusters
