• Friday 9/3-  Indy CrossFit OPEN HOUSE  in  our newest space.  DOOR PRIZES, FOOD, DRINKS (but BYOB), Free Advocare samples and plenty of news about future events. Whether you are a current member or thinking about CrossFit - all are welcome!!  Come by and hang out with the best CrossFit family in Indiana!!!

• Saturday 8/7- Planet Adventure Race in Indianapolis.  If interested in participated on a team, let Jeff know by 7/31.
  

• Tuesday 8/3- ICF will be at the National Night Out event, at Cumberland Town Hall.  Various public safety demonstrations, K9 & Horse Patrol and free child fingerprinting.  Stop by and see us!

• Tuesday 7/6- First of our Warrior Women Tuesday & Thursday classes with trainer Molly, at 9:30am & 10:30am.

• Monday, July 5th- One 8:30AM class to celebrate Independence Day- all other classes on Monday canceled. Location TBA…
  

• Saturday 6/26- ICF Members participate in the Mudathlon in Anderson, IN
  

• 2/22/10 - Indy CrossFit has a new location !!  Our new 4000 sq ft facility is just 1 mile west from I-465,  south off Brookville Road
  

• January 2010-Indy CrossFit Celebrates 3 years as the original CrossFit affiliate in Central Indiana
  

• 1/30/10-Indianapolis Indoor Rowing Challenge- Indy CrossFit Wins!!!!!!

• Indy CrossFit Participates in Ft Hood Lumberjack 20
