		<description>Great pictures of the future crossfitter.  I wish I enjoyed the rings half as much as her and the boys do.  
I ran instead of rowing, did 20 - knees to elbows, 40 - ring pushups on toes with chest even with hands, and 60 - 20lb Wallballs.  A little disappointed that it took me 19:03.  I really struggled with the ring pushups and the wallballs.</description>

		<description>I can tell you i've been doing this now for 2 months and feel better and more energized than any time in my adult life. I will be 47 in 1 month and look forward to these wod everyday. I was inactive for about 15 years melting away, putting all the wrong things in my body and not caring. Well not today and i am very grateful to Jeff and Vince.</description>

		<description>We need one in BroadRipple!! West, East are covered... All we have in center city is a bunch of fru fru air conditioned meat markets. Fun for the eyes but nothing like a good crossfit gym. My fav dive gym just closed (Monon Fitness) It would be a perfect CrossFit venue!</description>

Until I started Crossfit, I was one of those inactive people. I was hoping I'd adapt a little faster than I have. LOL</description>
